Improvement of the corrosion resistance of HEICO-LOCK^® stainless steel wedge lock washers

The corrosion resistance of HEICO-LOCK^® Wedge Lock Washers made from stainless steel has been considerably increased by an optimization of our internal processes.

In neutral salt spray tests according to DIN EN ISO 9227, the HEICO-LOCK^® stainless steel wedge lock washers withstood at least 1,200 hours.

A corrosion quick test as part of the incoming goods inspection process also ensures consistent, high delivery quality.

Coating systems with a corrosion resistance of at least 1,000 hours are also available on request for HEICO-LOCK^® Wedge Lock Washers made from steel.
